Greg Malouf has transformed the Australian restaurant scene through his leadership of acclaimed restaurants O'Connell's and Mo Mo, and his passion for Middle Eastern cuisine with contemporary flair. Lucy Malouf is a writer with a particular interest in food and cooking. Their new book is Turquoise.
